G7A began as the primary source of acquisition management support to the Pentagon Renovation Program, leaders in innovation in source selection and incentivized construction contracting.  Our dedicated support to that program included development and implementation of innovations for the source selection process and the implementation of the use of fixed price incentive (firm target) award fee contracts to the construction industry.
